Ray is really professional and knowledgeable with all issues related to property purchase or sale.

He is really patient with all my questions from pre purchase (HLE, Financial planning) to during purchase and post purchase. Assisting me with all the documents needed to HDB to finalise the loan, CPF grants. And that he is really detailed in his explanation and once again very patient with every question I asked and even repeatedly as I forget or got confused.

Not pushy and fully understanding from our point of view what we are looking at, financially wise as well and that he will give advise and even will make sure we do not make impulsive decision and always checking in on us to make sure we make sound decision and planning ahead looking into the future.
